Keep Admins Logged In

HESK Version: 2.0

Short description:

Is there a way to either:
1- keep admins logged in indefinitely or
2- create a link like username:password@www.mywebsite.com/HESK/admin.php

My (slightly lazy) employees whine about logging in every time they have to check tickets. If I cant keep them logged in then I could make a link like some password protected sites that they could click on their desktop. I just can't figure out how to do either.

Other than that 1 tiny issue - AWESOME program! I already paid to get the registered version it was so good.

You know what, I am experiencing the same laziness on websites where I'm using Hesk for customer support. I will see what I can come up with for the next version.
