The private FAQ is still not viewable for staff members. Myself Iam a staff member and created a private FAQ, but the only way the see the this message is to edit is again. Is there no other way to view the private FAQ by staff.
I tried to edit the code like in the topic:
viewtopic.php?t=2316&start=0&postdays=0 ... rivate+faq
Please help

The last post in the therad you mention is the solution for this until this feature is officially supported (next version should have a private knowledgebase included for staff).

That changed code will also show private articles.
I'm not sure if you understood what to do correctly. You should make a copy of the original knowledgebase.php file and name the copy to knowledgebase_private.php (or any name you wish), change those lines of code mentioned and tell your staff to visit the new knowledgebase URL (for example http://www.yourwebsite.com/support/know ... rivate.php). Your customers will still see the old knowledgebase.
