Have you searched THIS FORUM for your problem: yes
(if not please do before posting)
If so, what terms did you try:

Write your message below:

Everything set up and it was working fine! Loved how easy it was. BUT about a week later it now doesn't work!!! It comes up as ID error I can't even access the admin panel either. Not sure what is up! I emailed ATT/Yahoo for their cs however thought maybe you could help since you wrote the script.

Hope you can help.

I reuploaded the php files and it works now (?) I have to re-enter the links though and it started counting at 12 which was the last number I used. Why not start at 1 or 0? Is there a way to retrieve these links?

Can't really say what the problem was, maybe a corrupted database? You should backup the links database once in a while, you can do so from your admin panel. If the same error repeats try if uploading the backup makes any difference

thanks

I did a backup this time so will try that if it happens again. Must say this is a great free counter and so easy to use. Thanks for your hard work!

well as soon as I posted this it happened again. LOL. I just loaded the backup and it came up fine. Thanks!

Hey the tech support guy at SBC/ATT/Yahoo mentioned adding a scripts log to this to see the errors as they appear. Where can I go to learn about doing this?

Tina, how many URLs are you counting and average how many clicks you receive?

I have 28 links right now and most are about 25 clicks but some have over 100.
