Cannot delete test message on forum

Hi,
l simply cannot delete a test message on my forum.
Please please can you help as l simply cannot seem to delete it.

Hi,
This is probably left from the installation problems you had before. Just upload the original (empty) "threads.txt" to your server and should be ok from now on.

Deleting postings

As an extension to this problem of deleting postings (as an administrator) the read me file states "You can delete messages by clicking the red [X] icon and entering your admin password." I cannot find a red [X] icon. Please help otherwise the script is excellent.

Hi,
The [X] button is shown on every post, left of the "submitted by" text. See for example:
http://www.phpjunkyard.com/mboard/msg/1105.html
and you will see the delete button left of the "Submitted by test on 11/Apr/2005 " text.
