My problem seems slightly different to the above in that when I try to post a message the system tells me that I have entered an incorrect number. The number does change though!
I have completely 'wiped' my previous earlier Guestbook of yours that I have been running and, having changed the "settings.php" file, just loaded the whole new folder but I still get this problem of not being able to Post.
The older version is still being used on another site I run http://www.claygatescouts.org/koobtseug and before I try to update that one I need to solve the problem if possible.
The reason for updating is purely because of SPAM - everything I have tried has only put off spam for a few weeks - then they seem to overcome my tweeking!
I would appreciate any help you can offer.
