Adding Custom Fields & Service Messages in HESK Ticket Section

3.5.2
Hosting company: Local host
- Is there an option to add custom fields in the customer section, like address or mobile number, and have them displayed in the ticket section?
- I want a private message to appear in the top-right private message section when a ticket is assigned to a staff member.
- Is it possible to display a service message in the ticket section for staff members?

Unfortunately, none of these is supported in Hesk.

Hi Klemen,
I was wondering if there’s a possibility of getting something like this in the future. I’m looking forward to some great new updates in version 3.6.x.

It is possible we will add them in the future, but none of these are included in 3.6

Thank you. I noticed another issue. When a picture is added as an attachment, it cannot be viewed directly and must be downloaded first. It would be great if there were an option to preview the image by clicking on it.

That is enforced by Hesk for security reasons, to prevent uploading pictures that could contain malicious code. We may add this as an option in the future with the warning that in case of direct viewing, files should be scanned server-side for viruses (hidden PHP code, for example).
