Admin - Change ticket category

It would be nice to allow the Admin to change a ticket's category. Users can sometimes send a support request with the wrong category selected so rather than having to directly access the Mysql database the Admin should be able change via the admin panel.

Right on, this is a great idea. Taking it a step further:

Hesk already provides the capability to add multiple users, and assign specific category permissions to each user. Would it be possible to add another option, whereby the administrator can designate that specific users will receive an E-MAIL when a ticket is opened in -- or changed to -- a certain category?

That would be incredibly useful to me, since I will be using Hesk for my small online store. I want to field all customer inquiries myself, but also have the option to then REFER the ticket to my warehouse for certain questions. I could accomplish this by simply changing the category of the ticket, to one which only the warehouse users have access to. If Hesk then automatically notified them that the ticket was now in their category, that would be ideal.
