Customer information in Ticket Details

On the Ticket page, customer information is not printed in the "Ticket Details" pane.

That information is only available on top of the first message.

When you set "Reply Order" as "Newest on Top"; that info moves all the way to the bottom.

It would be nice if the customer and followers be repeated somewhere near the top.

I agree, there should be an option to include customer details and maybe custom fields at the top.

Will add to 3.6.x
