Organizations ( customer users )

Good day,

I would like to ask you if possible to add an organization button in users ( customers ) section.

explanation for example:

1) We need create an organization called ( School 1 ) and to this organization add 3 users ( user1, user2, user3)
2) When user1 is logging to Public (Customer) Interface to see tickets from all 3 users from orgranization to which it belongs.


Is possible this function add to hesk in future?

This is not possible right now.

We do plan to add custom fields for customers in the future. You will be able to use them for things like this.
