Ticket is not listed in MyTicket List

I'm logged in as "Hari" and submitted a ticket. Now am logged in as admin and view this ticket, and am assigning this ticket to "Venkat". Venkat has received ticket assigned mail. But when I logged in as "Venkat" the assigned ticket is not shown in the my ticket list. It is still listing in "Hari" ticket list.
