Registration and old tickets

Hello,

Thanks for this version 3.5.1 which brings a lot of new features with the possibility of using an account.

However, how does this work for customers who have already opened a ticket? Will they see an account created automatically? If they register, will they automatically have access to old tickets?

If customer accounts are disabled, there is no change.

If they register for an account, all tickets associated with that email address are added to the account.
