Changing hesk domain

Hello. I'm really hoping someone can help me. I want to change my hesk license domain from noteperch.help to support.redhosthub.com but when I upload the files from noteperch.help to support.fabical.com it shows:
INVALID LICENSE (NOT REGISTERED FOR support.fabical.com)!
Please can you help me I can provide proof of purchase if needed.
