Hello, Klemen.
I suggest implementing the following necessary actions in the history of actions in the ticket for future Hesk releases.

- who assigned the executor, and accordingly who removed the executor (very often it happens that the executor assigns themselves, then realizes that the task is complex and will take a long time, and sets it to "not assigned");
- I don't know how, but it would be very convenient to implement an additional email notification for Administrators specifically, stating that "such and such request was deleted, deleted by such and such employee".

Thanks for the suggestions.

The first one should already be available; view a ticket from the admin panel and in the right-side column at the bottom expand "Ticket history".

The second one will be added in the future, but a bit differently; instead of emailing, we plan to implement an "audit log" that will show all the changes to the help desk.

Yes, regarding the first suggestion, I see it, thank you.
Regarding the second suggestion, yes, an audit log would be an excellent solution.
