When replying on ticket page just blank

Hi,
After battling to get Office365 exchange to work, I now seem to have an issue when posting on tickets.
The pages were working fine before email activation - not sure if it has any correlation.
Any suggestions I could try to resolve?

Try turning on Debug mode in Hesk Admin panel > Settings > Help desk > look under "Features", then save changes.
Do you get any error messages now?
Also, check for any error_log files inside your server's Hesk folder or Hesk's admin folder.
If no error messages, the phpinfo file might be helpful (find it
here).

Hi,
I am not getting any error messages logged at all.
phpinfo.php does not yield any errors as well.

Then it's most likely a missing PHP extension, see my reply here:

Last question: When purchasing the software, do I get an invoice?

Glad to hear that worked.
Of course, an invoice is issued for all purchases. The best way to do it is online via a credit card; this way you can enter your VAT ID into the order form (click "Show more input fields" and "Add VAT ID" on the order form under "Billing Information") and have a correct VAT invoice issued automatically.
