We just recently updated to 3.4.5 and we are not longer able to "create shortcut" in chrome making hesk an app

I'm not sure what is wrong; I never used the "Install as an app" function myself, but just tested it and it created Hesk 3.4.5 as an app for me.

Are you getting any errors?

Does anyone else have experience with this?

No errors, it just does nothing. I tried in Edge and on multiple machines same result
normally you would get a pop-up and there is nothing

Working for me on MacOS.
I captured the admin login page and created an app from there.

Works for me in Chrome. I found it in Save and Share (just above More tools)

I thought it was my chrome, uninstalled and tried on multiple machines, no dice. Tried in edge and unresponsive. I was able to get it to work using google chrome canary.

What is the URL of your help desk? Maybe something at the help desk is causing issues?

Could you double-check the URL, please? It doesn't open for me.
