Mail notification

Hi

When creating a ticket, I would like all members of the category to receive an email. I have the impression that if you activate automatic assignment, then only the account to which the ticket has been assigned will receive the email notification.

Otherwise, you shouldn't activate automatic assignment, but if you do, all Admin users will receive the e-mail, and I don't want that. I need only members linked to a category to receive the e-mail.

Is this possible?

Correct, auto-assign should be OFF if you want all users to receive emails.

Thanks, but isn't it possible to exclude a person? I would like one of the admins not to receive emails from a ticket category.

There is no way to exclude a single category. However, the admin can exclude himself/herself from receiving unassigned ticket notifications in their profile (login to admin panel, click on your name in the right top side, "View Profile", "Edit Profile", "Notifications")
