Is there an option to reassign a ticket?
e.i.- "A" assigned to "B" then "B" assigned to "C" or/and "D"

When you open (view) a ticket in the admin panel, look at the right-hand column.
There is an " Assigned to: " line. You can click on the name (person) and change it to someone else (re-assign the ticket).
Note that some staff may not have permission to assign tickets to others; check staff permissions.
