HESK appears to do everything I need with the exception that for my business purposes I really need (2) mor fields to be filled out when a user submits a ticket. Has anyone done this? If so how would I go about adding these field so that the database captues these as well? Any help would be appreciated.

This is already coded into the next version of Hesk which will be available in ... hmmm ... 2-3 weeks? Really hard to say as I only work on phpjunkyard scripts in my free time...

Will keep you all updated though.

Most likely not before May as I received a big project to finish by then and that of course has my full priority right now...
