we have 3 and more projects depends on the business situations, some staffs work on one project and some will work on more than one project, so we'd like add a project category or a page before the ticket/knowledge base, and still keep the categories for each to make the tickets category clearly.

Staff can visit each project kb or submit ticket in the hesk by the link with project id like https://www.company-support/hesk.php?projectname1......

There is no built-in way to do that; unless maybe if you use categories for your projects, then a custom field (for each category) to create sub-categories.

Thanks, Sound possible, how to modify files if I want to make each project/category seperated? Now the default page will show all projects/categories, and when user submit ticket different projects/categories will listed.

That's a more complex answer than I can provide. You will most likely need to hire a PHP developer for help.
