Can a feature be implemented to pin the menu bar to and all options to the top of the page? Depending on how much info is in a ticket, you have to either scroll to the top or down to the bottom to make selections or search for tickets.

Can you specify exactly which menu you are referring to?

items such as search, view options etc. could be in a menu that is always visible at the top as you scroll through tickets.

Agreed. I am searching currently for someone who can help make the UI more useful and clean up CSS/JS, so hopefully in one of the larger future updaes.
