I'm having problems upgrading to the latest version when I accept the license it doesn't go to the latest version

Your HESK is outdated!
» Recommended action: Upgrade to HESK version 3.4.3
» Minimum action: Upgrade to HESK version 2.8.10

Yes, I just did the test, there are no problems attached in image

If you modified any of the HESK files, try with the original files - No
I try make new install error is same

What PHP version are you using?

Also, can you try running the install under https:// and not http:// to see if that makes a difference?
