What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: team members users remove

I am logd in as an administrator but am not abele to remove team members or even have the abbility to change there role. What am i doing wrong?

If you are logged in as an administrator, there is an edit and a delete icon in the right most column of the users list.

Note that you cannot remove your own username (someone else must do it) and you cannot delete user with ID 1 (the default administrator account).

yes I am logged in as an admin but i do not see the edit and delete icons on the most right side colomn.
also the table does move when i hover over the auto-assign option. i will try to open hesk in a different browser to see if this makes a difference.

Hello Klemen,
no that is not possible we use it in a bit different way then a helpdesk software. We use mainly the ticketing system to keep track of our internal to do things. and it is not accessable from outside our network.
We could try to do something with remote desktop.

ps this other behaviour started after upgrading to 3.4.3

I understand that, but I avoid doing remote desktop/temviewer with free Hesk installations because, from experience, it eats up a lot of my limited time.

I did get it now, and I see the problem.

None of the images in your help desk show. There are no icons where they should be (compare the help desk to the demo admin panel for example).

This could mean that:
1. the /img folder is missing in your help desk, or
2. the images have been uploaded to your server in ASCII mode instead of BINARY so they don't display correctly

I will check if the /img dir is there and are showing correctly.

update:
there was something wrong with the /img dir I recoppied the img dir and now all the images are showing.
But now when i hover over an image for example the edit button in the teams the screen wobbels and it is hard to click the button.

Is it possible to copy all the files again like an update off HESK or do i have to do the install again then?

update2:
i uploaded the manage_users.php file agian and it is now working correctly do not understand why this was a problem but it works.
