Additional Emails

What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: 2nd Contact, Adding Contact, 2nd Email, adding email

Write your message below: I would like to add a contact to existing tickets, but I cannot find this option. when editing the ticket owner, I cannot add a 2nd email address, is there any option to allow a 2nd Person access to the same ticket?

Currently, only one staff member can be assigned to a ticket (only one owner per ticket).

You can add multiple customer emails by separating them with a comma, if that works for you:
one@example.com, two@example.com, three@example.com

First, you need to enable "Multiple emails: Allow customers to enter multiple contact emails" in Admin > Settings > Email under "Other".

Thank you so much, it was the 2nd point I wanted. I am the only person in IT here, but I needed to add the persons Manager into the ticket so they got the response too.
