1. I want to add a field for mobile number in my team details.
2. When a user view his ticket status then I want to show the name of team member who is responsible for the ticket and his mobile number also

There's no built-in way to do something like this. You will likely need to modify the database structure as well (the hesk_users table).

Unfortunately, such changes are outside of the scope of our support. My recommendation is to hire a PHP developer for help.
