I'm just wondering is it possible to add in the WhatsApp API to send the notifications through the WhatsApp? Since maybe some of the user are not reachable through email, so WhatsApp is another method to reach them. Just a thought.

Thanks for the suggestion. We don't have any immediate plans to add support for WhatsApp, but could be something to consider in the future.
