Forgot tracking ID? it's not sending emails

Good afternoon Klemen,
Hope you are well. I would like to ask you about something.
When trying to see my tickets in Hesk, I click on Forgot tracking ID? It shows me a modal window. Then I click on any of the 2 options and the click again on sending my tracking ID. I'm not receiving any email with the tickets requested. Before it was working but right now it has not working anymore.
Find attached the screen shot which Hesk shows me. There you can see that in a green warning its written that the process was successfully and below in a yellow warning that email could not be sent.

Could you show me the file do I have to look for? Or where do I have to look for it?
