how should I add more fields in the submission form?
Say, I am collecting blog submission sites.
When somebody is submitting his site using linkman form, I want to add one more field to reflecting the blogs' submission landing page.
for instance, http://www.rss-locator.com/submit-feeds.html is the submission landing page, when somebody is submit rss-locator.com, but I want to create one more field to let them enter that submission landing page.
how should I do that?
