Script URL: http://www.phpjunkyard.com/php-text-hit-counter.php
Version of script: 1.0

Ooookay, So - I've had no problems installing the script, or creating the log file, or anything like that etc etc

BUT - for some reason, the script only seems to count up so far, and then it re-sets itself! Does anybody know why? Has anyone had this problem? How can I fix it?

The URL of the site I have the counter located on is:
www.lucie-silvas.net - it's located at the bottom of the main page!

If anyone can help, thanks!
Andy

Hi,

That problem occurs because of the limits of text databases. They are not secure or powerful enough to handle busy sites. I suggest you find a script with MySQL database.
