It would be a good option, if added in replying to any ticket. A radio button or select box, to answer/reply of the ticket in a specific way.
option in reply of ticket like
Radio Button
1. Yes
2. No
or
Select Box
1. criteria 1
2. criteria 2
3. criteria 3
4. criteria 4

This will mainly help in 2 ways.
1. reporting purpose
2. reduce the time of response
Also we can filter predefined options/text, while in other case different people may write same thing in different ways which is difficult to filter.

Would using canned responses solve this issue for you (Admin > Templates > Responses)? Then your staff can simply select the pre-written response (or part of the response) from the drop-down list when writing a reply.

This serves a portion as of like Radio button options.
What if we have a list of option and multiple reason combination requires.
e-g:
1. option-a
2. option-b
3. option-c
4. option-d
5. option-e
any combination of these values. we simply can't add to canned response a large number of combination.
as canned drop down list it would be good option if check box option is given

Yes, I see the utility of that.
I will add it to our list of ideas, but honestly, I don't believe this will be assigned a high priority to add to Hesk as we have many other things to work on first.
