Inserting HTML links into Linkman

I use an SEO links program to share links with other sites. The program creates an HTML file of over 50 links, displayed below. How can I import these into my links.php page so I can have the LinkMan program check the links later just as if someone signed up themselves? Entering them 1 by 1 in the admin panel would take FOREVER:(

<div style='padding-left:30px'><a href='http://www.terminalb.com' target=blank></a><br><br><br><a href='http://www.wspromotion.com/' target=blank># 1 Internet Advertising-Online Advertising Agency</a><br>Advertising Agency specializing in search engine submission and optimization, fax broadcast, Opt-in e-mail marketing, and classified advertising.<br><br><a href='http://www.1-mlm-web-hosting.biz' target=blank>#1 MLM Web Hosting .biz: home based business opportunity & netword marketing in web hosting service</a><br><br><br></div><br><font size=1 color=gray>generated by SEO Elite</font>

Hi,

You must create a LinkMan compatible text data and paste it into linkinfo.txt

The database contains info about one website PER ROW and goes like this:

NAME(TAB)EMAIL(TAB)TITLE(TAB)URL(TAB)RECIPROCAL URL(TAB)DESCRIPTION

Replace (TAB) with the Tab key.

This is the data format, I don't know if you can creat it or not...

The alternative would be to add links manually through admin.php
