Basic Authentication

We use Hesk open source and Microsoft Office365 just disabled basic authentication. We are unable to imap.php into the software. I currently have a work-around using a Gmail account. Does anyone know a way to get office365 to work using the new authentication protocols?

Microsoft will permanently disable Basic Authentication on 1st October.
In the meantime, they are randomly disabling it across accounts; however, you can still contact Microsoft support and ask them to re-enable Basic Authentication for your account until 1st October.
We are working on adding OAUTH IMAP support to Hesk and it should be available in September, before the final shut down.
