On the tickets page is it possible to create a button that can show all tickets assigned to a category or group of users?

Each group being a subset of all open tickets. Allowing us to have more granular control.

There is currently no such functionality built-in, so the only way to do that would be with custom script modifications. If you don't have a PHP developer at hand, you can try posting a project at sites like upwork.com or freelancer.com

For your case, you can use grouping by category. At the bottom in the admin panel "More options".
According to users, there seems to be no.

For me personally, this method is quite convenient.

No core onsite PHP devs. I've done some minor things with it when required but am not trained enough in it for now. Something I can look in to when I have time.

We're aware of the category choices. Just trying to make some things easier for a few people in splitting up data.
