I used both of these features in the previous version with MFH and found them very useful. I do not see them in 3.2.5. Are these features planned for future releases?

Shouldn't be hard to add, will see if we can include them in 3.4.0 (3.3.0 probably not as it's almost ready for release)

I installed 3.3.0 for testing and just noticed the addition of the Previous Tickets block. Thank you for finding the time to do this!

"Previous Tickets" is more important to me than "Linked Tickets" but hopefully you'll be able to add that as well in a future release.

Yeah, had just enough time to squeeze that in before my final tests and release. I've been missing that feature too, it's useful to quickly see old tickets by a user.
