I am looking for some help to configure the automatic due date allocation of every ticket created (manually, or even through the mail). need some help to start with where I can do. If due date is not possible for hosted version then can any help me from which file i need to start with

This will be available in Hesk 3.3.0

A beta (test) version has been released today:
