User with GMail address does not receive email

Hi Everyone!

Does anyone experience this where user who files ticket using a GMail address does not receive email notification both on creation and also when Staff replies, but this only happens recently, it was working fine before. Other email domains that also uses Goggle Workspace are doing fine, meaning they can receive emails and also other user using email address like Yahoo.

NO Updates done on Hesk installation or anything. I just dont know if it is some weird Google restriction that had been implemented recently.

Hope someone could shed a light.

Your mail server is either blocked by them, or emails are being sent into Spam.

Try the steps described at https://www.hesk.com/knowledgebase/index.php?article=99

Also, try the mail tester tool mentioned in the article.
