What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: HESK don´t run

When running HESK after installation or uodate it looks fine and runs the admin page.
But when creating a ticket, the sceen blanks and notihing happens.
When accesing the url afterwards HESK dosn't runs right.

Do you get any messages if you turn Debug mode ON (Admin > Settings > Help desk) then try again?

Do you have any error messages is sever error logs?

Does it work if you use original English language file?
