i am using hesk pop3 fetching by corn job at 5 min interval, but it is listing one email at a time.

when i try to generate ticket by pop3 or imap fetching in hesk desk. it is generating one ticket at a time by accessing email either by pop3 or imap, however there were 5 emails present in inbox.
why is it not making ticket of all emails in inbox at the time of pop3 or imap fetching.

If you use IMAP, do all the emails get read, or do some stay unread after IMAP fetching runs?

at this time as well i send 5 email to support box at
support@achieersacad.com from them 1st email is converted to ticket, 2nd email status changed to read and remaining 3 are unread.

Can you make sure all the emails are unique? If emails are not unique (don't have unique messages) Hesk will discard them as duplicates.
