I use for adding new ticket via "IMAP Fetching"

it is possible if customer sent mail with HTML formating, it show in ticket message body in HTML ?

Unfortunately no, HTML is not allowed from customers for security reasons.

I know, but i need solution, if it is possible to make it. Or make new button and open message from customer in html
