view original email

it would be great if you can see the original email when customer adds something to the ticket by email, e.g. when he marks text with color, you don't see it in the ticket...

I think currently there is no way in HESK ? is there any walkthrouh instead of logging into the mail account ?

There's no supported way of doing that in Hesk; only plain text is accepted from customers for security reasons.
