Hesk and Microsoft MSAL libraries

Hi,
It seems to me that I will have a problem with downloading meili to HESK.
My organization is turning off Basic Auth for Microsoft cloud accounts turn on Modern Authentication, Is it possible to do this in HESK. Or if anyone has any idea how to do it.

There is no built-in support for Microsoft's "modern authentication". It something that we need to dive into into the future, but for now Hesk IMAP will only work with password authentication.

Hi, your hesk support system is very nice, but for office 365 users, this problem is unfortunately annoying. Microsoft is now disabling simple authentication. This means that IMAP and POP will not be available. It would be great if you can find a solution.

Yes, we are working on it and expect to have OAuth support for IMAP/POP3 available in September (Microsoft turns it off in October)

Hesk 3.4.0 with OAuth support has been released yesterday.
