Ticket desk problem

How can I email my customers in the ticketing desk? (they also get email inside their inbox without having to navigate anywhere)
I'm testing a few Emails and found that the client's email was not receiving the exact same email I sent in the Ticket...
Please help me!

Hesk queues emails immediately, it's your mail server that is causing the delay. That cannot be fixed from within Hesk.

If some emails do not arrive but others not, try these steps:
