hi,

is there a cronjob for "Autoclose tickets" necessary ? can't find any in the documentation, but how should hesk then automatically close ticket s?

And: currently I'm using crons for hesk_imap.php and email_overdue_tickets.php. are there any more necessary in general ?

The "autoclose tickets" is processed on admin login, no cron job is necessary.

but if I don't login long time it won't close... is a cronjob possible ?

It's not available, but could be added in the future.
