change time format

hi,
how can I change the style of the time in the ticket-list ?
In settings -> Misc its changed, but this has no effect to the ticket-list.

In Admin > Settings > Ticket list set "Submitted date format" to "Date and time"

no, I mean that I want to change the "28 Jan 22" to like "28. January 2022".

one more case: in ticket creation I'm using a date field, the format is:
MONTH/DATE/YEAR
But it should be:
DAY.MONTH.YEAR

These are some things we need to improve in the future; right now they would require code modification.

Too much to list here. This has already been added to version 3.3.0 which is under development.
