A widely common used feature is using gravatar to get the profile's avatar.
It would be a welkome addition

Got gravatar support into Hesk.. it works like a charm
To bad i cannot upload pictures on this forum

Perhaps a simple setting into profile to choose gravatar of default avatars from Hesk .

Do many people actually use Gravatar? It's the first time I've heard of it in 15 years of Hesk.

You must understand we must be conservative when adding such features - once it's added, it needs to be maintained and updated indefinitely.
