ticket from email using contact 7 (wordpress)

In order to send mails i use contact7 from my website witch is running wordpress.
you fill in a name and email address, however the plugin does not allow to set the from-field to the customer who fills in the form

Instead you send it from another email (witch belongs to your domain to the mailbox)
The sender gets listed in the reply-to field of the mail.

Before i foud Hesk i used osticket .. it recognizes this behaviour and reads the reply-to field. (user@test.com <user name> )

Hesk partially gets it .. it reads the reply-to field and set the ticket to that email adddress, however... the user name in that field does not get into hesk.

I get in a ticket : user@test.com < [customer]>
Is this fixable?

Hope this question and description makes sense :) :)

Hesk should recognize user@test.com <user name> from the reply-to field.

If you can send a sample email to pop3test AT hesk DOT com I will have a look.

Just tested again with my test email and it worked well.

It could be an encoding issue - if your emails are not sent in utf-8 or iso-8859-1 and your server doesn't support iconv() function, the returned name maybe couldn't be converted to utf-8 that Hesk uses.
