links problem

when the user receive email with the link to see the ticket the screen is another ticket, or the main screen, with several browser, cleanned cache, cookies, etc. do not work, with another version (old) of the product we have no problems at all.

I submitted a test ticket then clicked the link, and see what you mean.

This is not something caused by Hesk, but it is a server caching problem.

Not sure what hosting company you use, but contact them and ask them to disable all caching for your "soporte" folder as it is causing problems.
