How to hide knowledge base / take browsing permissions from hesk user? So that only selected users can see the knowledge base.

Unfortunately, that's not possible in Hesk, all staff has access to the private knowledgebase.

You would have to manually modify the logic/add a new permission to achieve that. Not something we can help with so your best bet would be to hire a PHP developer for help if you absolutely need this.

Can't do this as an additional permission?

It took me up to 20 minutes and it worked. It is a pity that you can not even count on tips where to look for permissions.

Sorry, you didn't ask for tips and I have no idea what user's PHP skills are when asking such questions. Yours are either good or it wasn't that hard to change if it only took you 20 minutes
