Can't send Multiple emails in hesk

Post by Ada211 »

Dear supporting team,
I am using HESK version 3.2.2. I can receive an email by entering one contact email, but when I entered two or more contact email, other people can't receive email. I select Allow customers to enter multiple contact emails function at Hesk setting. Also, I do not select Confirm email function (
Show a "Confirm email" field on the submit a ticket form) . The submission form format of sending multiple contact emails as follow:
Name: Ada, Tom
Email: ada@example.com, tom@example.com
Is it correct? Could you help me to solve the problem? Thank you.

This is usually a spam-filter problem.

I would submit a test ticket with an email from https://www.mail-tester.com to test your spam score.

Then also go through the steps at https://www.hesk.com/knowledgebase/index.php?article=99

Dear Supporting team,
Thank you for your reply. I would like to inform you that ada@example.com, tom@example.com are just example email accounts. The real email address are *************. Sorry about it.

Yes, I understood that :D We don't need to know your real email addresses, so I deleted them from here.

My answer still applies - go to mail-tester.com, submit a ticket with their auto-generated email as a client, then check the results. Those should tell you more about the technical issues your mail delivery is having.

Note that the results (and email setup in general) are quite technical, so you may want to get help from your hosting company or website administrator to decypher them and correct anything if needed.
