service message in admin panel

Hi! I use HESK, I have more than 10 performers and some do everything differently, but I want everyone to do everything the same.
To inform everyone at once, I need to call everyone or meet in person and explain some innovation.
I would like to suggest that you make separate service messages for performers in the admin panel.
I have now added this by simply pasting the html in the admin/admin_main.php page. But in order to change it, i have to constantly go into the site files, which is not very convenient.
