Please tell me, is it possible to make it so that I create a custom field - date for the client, I will name it "Desired date for resolving the ticket", the client chooses the desired date and after creating the ticket, this date is set as the due date?

Is it possible to take some part of the code from the admin side for setting the due date in the ticket and do it on the client side?

That's not something supported by Hesk so you will most likely need to hire a PHP developer for help as such customizations are unfortunately out of the scope of our support.

Rather than a custom field perhaps it would be easier for the developer to copy the due_date filed and logic from the admin side and use that.
